I am a licensed professional counselor with over a decade of experience as a somatic practitioner and five years of experience as a clinical therapist. I offer telehealth sessions in both New York and Colorado.
I help individuals who may need guidance in healing from the effects of trauma, difficult life transitions, or low self-esteem. My approach is holistic, warm, and empowering. I offer an integrated style of talk therapy that includes: Parts work, EMDR, Mindfulness skills, DBT, and Somatic therapy.
